Operation System: This machine adopts PLC terminal control system, Operator can set the parameters by the programmable controller with LCD screen, It is equipped with trouble alarm system. The machine is qualified for continuous grinding and polishing granite slabs. The speeds of conveyor and cross beam can be adjusted by inverters .Its processing width and working pressure of grinding heads are adjustable.
Spindle: Each spindles is milled with high precision and quality. Every spindles disposes of a sturdy belt transmission system that prevents loosening or slipping of the spindles even under stress and a readily accessible greasing system. Each grinding head can rise/ fall automatically following the slab movement by air.
Frame: The frame is constructed with welded sections. The steel material are all up to Chinese standard, high duty enough. The conveyer moves on the machined worktable surface. Between the two inner sides of the frame are mounted four hoisting columns for hoisting the machine. The frame legs are equipped with adjusting screws and anchor stud holes. The work beanch is milled by big metal processing equipment so that it is flat enough. The main beam is on the roller guide way / linear guide way which is the same as our Bridge Saw, with long using life and more smooth.
Conveyer: A drum, driven by a variable transmission of the right back end of the machine, drives the conveyer. The transmission can achieve stepless variable drive by inverter, enabling the conveyer to gain different speeds. A screw rod is mounted on each end of the drum from the entrance of work piece. Adjusting the screw rod not only tension the conveyers but also regulate their movement linearity.
Traverse part: It contains a fixed sliding rail, roller guide way or linear guide way, a movable sliding rail, a cross beam and cross beam driving device. The gear wheel reducer pulls the driving shaft, and then the driving shaft drives the gear wheel and rack to realize traverse part moving back and forth by cross moving motor.
Water system and Lubrication System: Directly on the mobile bridge is located the water distribution system that, it can feed the water to each head. Every spindle disposes of its own system of general lubrication.
